Scholey Workshop Programme

Kindly supported by David and Alexandra Scholey, we are able to offer a limited number of full workshop programmes attached to selected productions

Teacher Platform

All teachers involved with the class will be invited to meet the director and writer of the production on the first day of rehearsals , giving a preview of the rehearsal process. This will be followed by a complimentary ticket to our current production, and a glass of wine during the interval.

Production Website

An interactive website allowing students to interact with the cast & creative  team

Post-Show Q & A session

After watching a performance, your class will be invited to attend a discussion session with the actors, writer and director.

In-School Workshops

We will provide our Creative Learning Team for 2 bespoke workshops at your school.  Content of the workshops can be negotiated to suit your class and syllabus requirements.

Director Masterclass

We will send you copies of scenes from the script for your class to prepare in advance.  You will bring your class to Hampstead Theatre, and the class will work on those scenes with Artistic Director Anthony Clark on the set, giving an insight into the directors interpretation of a text.

Theatre Critic Masterclass

We will send a professional theatre critic to your school to give an insight into how to review a performance, providing advice on how to complete the Performance Analysis Notes required for many GCSE & A-Level syllabi.

Cost to your school: £1 per student, maximum 30 students.

To register your interest, please contact our Schools Audience Co-ordinator.
(Please note that Scholey Workshop Programme tickets cannot be booked through the Box Office)

When not part of the Scholey Workshop Programme, tickets for schools are £10 to any performance (except Saturday nights). We give one complimentary ticket for every ten paid.
