The staff in the Box Office were fabulous, and must be commended. The bar staff were wonderful, sorting out my food for me, and the front of house staff were great helping me to my seat’ 2010/11

‘Staff are always aware if last minute seating changes are necessary. Speech to text transcribed discussions are very accessible for Deaf patrons and a novelty. It also makes actors/directors aware of captioning facilities’ 2010/11
