We do not charge a booking fee for any method of ticket purchase.

Latecomers Policy: If you arrive late we appreciate that you will want to take your seats as soon as possible. To limit disturbance to fellow audience members and artists, we may ask you to wait until a suitable break in the performance. Occasionally this may not be possible once the performance has started.

Returns Policy.
Some customer returns may be available on the day one hour before the show in person at the box office. Please note that all returned tickets will be sold at the face value of the ticket when it was returned.
For very popular shows we would recommend queuing as early as possible to have the greatest chance of getting returned tickets. We cannot guarantee that there will be returns available.

Ticket Exchanges / Cancellations Policy
There are no refunds. However, tickets may be exchanged for a later performance depending on availability and on condition that we receive the tickets at least 24 hours before the performance (7 days for group bookings). There is an administration fee of £2 per exchange.
Even for productions which have previously sold out we cannot guarantee successful resale of returned tickets. You can transfer tickets to a relative or friend who can collect the tickets at box office if the confirmation e-mail is presented on the day of performance.
