HEAD OF STAGE

Hampstead Theatre is looking for a talented Head of Stage to join our team producing the best new plays to the highest production standards.

The Head of Stage leads the stage department, delivering on all technical staging aspects of Hampstead Theatre productions, and works closely with the Technical Director, freelance Production Managers and visiting set designers. 

The successful candidate will have previous technical stage experience, preferably in a producing theatre; proven leadership skills, especially managing teams; and excellent carpentry, metal-work and CAD drafting skills. They will be highly organized with good communication skills.

DEPUTY HEAD OF LIGHTING

Hampstead Theatre is looking for a talented Deputy Head of Lighting to join our team producing the best new plays to the highest production standards.

The Deputy Head of Lighting, in support of the Head of Lighting, helps meet the creative requirements of artistic teams using theatre resources in a flexible and efficient way, as well as operating shows and programming for lighting designers.

The successful candidate will have previous professional experience, preferably in a producing theatre; knowledge and experience of theatre electrics to a high standard; and excellent knowledge of ETC Eos series lighting desks and programming ability.  They will be highly organized with good communication skills.
