FOOD AND BEVERAGE MANAGER

At Hampstead Theatre, we create progressive, thought‑provoking and original theatre, working with the best creative talent. Alongside our artistic programme, our Café Bar plays a vital role in creating a welcoming and vibrant experience for audiences and visitors throughout the day and evening.

The Food and Beverage Manager is responsible for leading the Café Bar operation, ensuring an outstanding customer experience while delivering strong commercial performance.

You will oversee daily operations, develop a high-quality and profitable food and drink offer, and lead a motivated team to deliver excellent service to theatre audiences and a growing daytime clientele.

This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who can balance operational excellence with creativity and commercial awareness.

HEAD OF STAGE

At Hampstead Theatre, we create progressive, thought‑provoking and original theatre, working with the best creative talent. Our productions demand exceptional technical skill, care and collaboration to support artists in realising bold and ambitious work.

We are looking for a new Head of Stage to lead the stage team across our programme of productions and events on both the Main Stage and in the Studio. If you have great experience of leading or supervising stage teams in making and presenting theatre, then this could be the role for you. The role has responsibility for planning and delivering all stage activity, managing permanent and freelance stage staff, maintaining stage systems and equipment, and working closely with the Technical Director, Production Managers and creative teams throughout rehearsals, fit-ups and performances.

If you are an accomplished theatre stage professional with strong management and leadership skills, excellent scenic and rigging knowledge, and a hands-on approach—who enjoys supporting creatives and enabling outstanding work in a busy producing theatre—we would love to hear from you.
