Hampstead Theatre is one of London’s leading producing theatres, dedicated to creating bold, original, and thought‑provoking work. We are looking for an energetic, hands‑on Front of House Manager to lead our public‑facing teams and ensure every visitor has an exceptional experience from the moment they arrive.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with proven experience in venue, customer service, or hospitality management who thrives in a fast‑paced, people‑focused environment. You’ll oversee day‑to‑day Front of House operations, uphold excellent standards of safety and service, and inspire a confident, welcoming team.

Salary: circa £34,700 per annum
Contract: Full‑time, 38 hours per week over 5 days, Monday to Saturday, based on operational needs
